Official documents to be presented upon arrival:
We emphasize that for each rental, the user must present an identification document (as established in Law No. 12.037, dated October 1, 2009) in its original form or a certified copy. Additionally, it will be necessary to register the guest’s information upon check-in.
Reservation Guarantee Policy:
The credit card inserted at the time of booking is for guarantee purposes, and there is no effective charge at this time. The total amount of the reservation will be charged on site during check-in. The credit card cannot be from third parties.
Reservation Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation without penalty up to 3 days before arrival. After this period, in case of cancellation, modification or no-show, the amount will be charged. Amounts paid in advance will not be refunded. Except in cases of Non-Refundable Rate, where changes or cancellations are not permitted after making the reservation. Any amounts paid in advance with the “non-refundable” condition will not be refunded.
Arrival Policy:
The apartment is available from 3:00 PM, unless there is an early arrival, subject to availability and additional charges.
Departure Policy:
The apartment must be vacated no later than 12:00 PM. After this time, it is subject to additional charges.
Children Policy:
Accommodation is free for 1 child up to 6 years old, staying in the parents’ apartment in the existing bed. For a second child or children above 7 years old, it will be necessary to rent an additional apartment, which should be accompanied by the responsible adult.
Documentation for Children’s Entry:
A person under 18 years of age must be accompanied by at least one parent and present an official identification document. If accompanied by a designated guardian, a written authorization from one of the parents is required (with a recognized signature).
Pet Policy:
We do not allow pets in the apartments.

Note: Upon arrival at your accommodation, we kindly request that you check the items listed above, as they will be inspected during check-out. Please be aware that charges may apply for any misuse or removal of the mentioned items.
Accommodation Rules:
Do not make noise, especially before 8:00 AM and after 10:00 PM;
It is not allowed to bring additional guests beyond those specified in the reservation;
Compliance with the Internal Regulations and Condominium Bylaws is mandatory;
Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited. In the event of non-compliance with this rule, a cleaning fee of R$ 300.00 (three hundred Brazilian Reais) will be charged.
For your safety:
Please ensure that the entrance door is properly closed at all times when entering and exiting the room and the building.
24-hours Valet:
We offer 24-hour valet service for guests throughout their stay. There is an additional charge per day of use.
Apartment Cleaning:
During your stay, you will find your apartment clean and sanitized. We do not enter the apartment without your presence. Your privacy is guaranteed.
Gym:
The gym is located on the ground floor, with access also available from the first floor. It is open 24 hours. Please note that individuals under the age of 14 are not allowed to use the gym unaccompanied by their parents or guardians. To access the gym, simply press the button located on your right.
Pool:
The swimming pool is located on the ground floor and operates from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Please note that children under the age of 8 are not allowed to use the pool unaccompanied by their parents or guardians.
The use of glass cups and bottles, as well as any food items, is strictly prohibited inside the pool area. Plastic cups and bottles are allowed, as well as the consumption of food within the designated areas, as long as safety and cleanliness regulations are observed. Smoking is not permitted in the pool area.

The Gourmet Area and the Party Hall:
Located on the ground floor, the Gourmet Area is available 24 hours a day for our guests to use.
If you eat meals in these areas, make sure that any accumulated waste is disposed of in the trash properly;
If you wish to reserve the spaces for an event, check availability and fees at the reception;
When using the spaces, be careful with the use of furniture and appliances;
It is prohibited to make noise in the premises from 10pm to 8am.
Coworking:
Located on the ground floor, we have a shared meeting space available for our guests.
Beach Tennis Court:
For your leisure, we also have a beach tennis court located on the ground floor in the outdoor area. We provide various items for loan to make your stay as enjoyable as possible, including beach tennis rackets and balls. Please inquire at the reception for more information. The court operates from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
Barbecue Area:
Next to the gastronomic area, the barbecue grill is available for use, but reservations are required.
OMO Laundry:
Located in the basement, we have OMO laundry equipment available, including a washing machine and dryer.
5asec Laundry:
We have an external laundry service available for emergency situations. Our partnership is with 5sec Laundry, which provides laundry services.
Mini Market:
Located on the ground floor, we offer a selection of products including snacks, soft drinks, juices, and basic necessities. The operation is managed by Market4you, an external company, and purchases can be made through their application.
